A diferencia de los selladores convencionales, Nanotech® actúa a nivel molecular: sus nanopartículas penetran profundamente en la estructura porosa de materiales como microconcretos, concretos aparentes, piedra natural, estucos minerales o revestimientos decorativos, creando una barrera invisible que repele el agua y la humedad desde el interior.
